Website Design Help? I need expert website design help for lawtondrum.com. I was on here before asking a similar question and had a guy name Todd from Valley Design (http://toddlibby.net) contact me, he's a great guy and a lot of help but he left much unfinished business. I created our initial website using Frontpage (not a great program) and fixed it up to web standards using Kompozer though he used WordPress to re-create the site. Now it seems I can't publish anything using Frontpage and well he happened to haven't left any instructions on how to update the new site. Website Design Help? I need expert website design help for lawtondrum.com. I was on here before asking a similar question and had a guy name Todd from Valley Design (http://toddlibby.net) contact me, he's a great guy and a lot of help but he left much unfinished business. I created our initial website using Frontpage (not a great program) and fixed it up to web standards using Kompozer though he used WordPress to re-create the site. Now it seems I can't publish anything using Frontpage and well he happened to haven't left any instructions on how to update the new site. I'd prefer just to go back to the previous web design I had but don't know how too. can website visitors alter or re-design a website?I am getting emails "I have re-designed your website" recently i am getting emails in my bulk folder that read " I have re-designed your website" . is it possible for someone to visit your site and change code or layout of the site. I have deleted the messages every time without reading , i don''t want to acknowledge and then continue to get them and probably lots of other junk mail to. should i be worried that some moron is messing with my website?it's just a quickly made yahoo sitebuilder site , and I know very little about website design or vulnerability. anybody know about this?

CMS ?? Website design problem -- HELP!!? I'm primarily a graphic designer, with a fairly good knowledge of website coding for static websites... THE PROBLEM : A potential customer is seeking to get a website designed by me which she is able to edit herself... I'm thinking : "IS THIS WHERE CMS COMES IN??!!" She cannot code at all, doesn't know any packages such as Dreamweaver... So I couldn't really design a template in that way.... --- Can I design it the 'usual static way' then get some kind of CMS thing happening later? --- Or do I need to design it to suit the way the CMS will fit in?? Actually, I don't know if i'm even asking the right questions here, but I'm hoping someone out there will have some idea of where I'm coming from!! :) MOST IMPORTANTLY : Where can I get CMS for my client? Is CMS something I have to purchase for my business and then just use it / set it up for clients where needed ? Any help on this would be much appreciated !!! Website Design (Villa Rental)? I want to start a "Holiday Villa Rental" website where clients advertise on my website (for a small fee) their villa(s) that they wish to rent for holidays etc. My site would need my "clients" to (securely) log in to update their (own) calender, it would need search facilities and the capabilities of hosting about 500 "villa details". Urgent website design problem... Please help!? I have a potential client on a low budget (small biz) looking to get a website designed very soon... THE PROBLEM : I only have knowledge of static website coding (XHTML / CSS) as my main thing is graphic design. CLIENT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO EDIT WEBSITE HERSELF --- has no knowledge of Dreamweaver so I can't create a template like that... Ofcourse client has no knowledge at all about basic coding either.... 1) What can I do for her? Is this a CMS thing? 2) Will I need much knowledge of other coding language to even set up a content management system? 3) How much does it usually cost to get something like CMS set up / equivalent?
