- with microsoft front page in microsoft office you can make a website
- You can design website by using softwares like Dreamweaver or MS Frontpage or MS Publisher or Notepad (only if you have knowledge in html codes). It is better if you try to learn html codes as they are the basic of a website building. Afterwards you have to put it online by acquiring a domain such as in Yahoo Geocities or other places that carry the same function.
- There are websites that have template pages. All you have to do is put in your information and the site will do the rest. One that comes to mind off the top of my head is www.tripod.com. You don't have to know any html, it will do it for you.
