How can i start my website design?
I have already designed my website all in html format and its looking good,but i dont have a addres for it yet for example www.watever.com!WHERE CAN I GO IN ORDER TO GET MY WEBSITE ADDRESS and get it premoted!

- Depending on the need for uploads of content, http://www.own-free-website.com is okay for only image files. If you want to have full control, I use and highly recommend http://www.hostfor2bucks.com where you get the full server package including your own custom URL and email. If you really want to brave it and have highspeed access, then you should consider running your own server. My site below under Server Talk will explain the set up if you decide to go this route.
