How can you increase your adsense cpc?

I use to have a giant adsense cpc last june and it's terrible this year. Whats a good profitable keyword that sustains itself.

1. Local real estate keywords have always been good to me
2. Try to use most advertised keywords. I recommend web hosting and business relted keywords on your web projects. The most important is trying to keep your content unique.
3. You should consider niche marketing. I agree, for example, with the person who says (above) something about local keywords.
