website design?
l would like to design my own website .How do l go about it as l do not have the slightest idea about the creation of websites and the fancy pictures that go with it.l have experience in the design of plant graphics and after that simply use the runtime that usully goes with the software to get my realtime updates.

- Download Yahoo Site Builder software (free) build your site...then take Yahoo hosting services. You can upload your website and update it easily through Site builder....plenty of templates, etc.Try it. It's not that complicated. Also, you don't need to have any designing or creating website experiences. Good luck.
- Find books on HTML, DHTML, Java script, and probably Flash too
- It's easy if U use Microsoft Front Page. Then follow a course about web desinging.
- It takes a long time to learn website design. I have spent about ten years so far learning it, and there is always something new to learn. You can get the basics from a vocational school, or get software like Dreamweaver and Photoshop and study the manuals (that's how I did it), or teach yourself using the tutorials at About.com and other web sites.
